NorthPointe II

Northpointe II was built by Cardon Homes in 1984. There are 152 units - half of them two bedroom two bath units ( 974 square feet), the other half three bedroom two bath units (1180 square feet). The units are townhouse's that are maintained by each individual owner from the outside walls in,under the guideline of the CC&Rs and Rules and Regulations of the HOA. Painting of all the units was recently completed by each homeowner in December of 2002 and the community is in the process of replacing the asphalt driveways.

Our Neighborhood

Northpointe II belongs to a Common Association which maintains a diving, lap, play and baby pool, two spas, a playground, 4 racquetball courts and two volleyball courts. There are 507 units in the Northpointe Commons. Each year the entire community holds an annual yard sale on the third weekend of February.

Northpointe II is part of the Mesa unified School District. Our neighborhood Elementary School is Sandra Day O'Connor, which has the Arizona State A+ school designation. Our Junior High is Shepard and Our High School is Red Mountain. Our youth participate in Mesa Parks and Recreation sponsored programs held in the neighborhood elementary school. They include kids corner, an after school program and summer activity programs.

Northpointe II Homeowners Association

The HOA has been self managed by a group of dedicated volunteers since Cardon Homes relinquished its responsibilities in the mid eighties. The community is involved in Block Watch and holds bi annual meetings and social events. Our Christmas house lighting contest is always fun and gives local merchants a chance to give back to our neighborhood by donating the prizes. Last year Broadway Palms Dinner Theatre gave two tickets to the show of choice to our first place winner.
