Well, I guess if all states used exactly the same methods of measurement, we could maybe see where the results came from. But, that practically isn't likely. So...back to the square root....how does anyone know which 28% of the nitrogen in the Gulf is from Iowa and Illinois. You posted there was no difference between nitrogen elements, Dr. Mallcontent. BTW...does the math say only 14% is likely Iowa's, since the results YOU furnished do not separate Iowa and Illinois? Again, how much of Iowa's nitrogen is from sewer plants and how much is from South Dakota?
