I have a feeling that if someone was a bad enough driver to get into a wreck before, he or she will still be a bad enough driver to get into a wreck even with this new configuration.

I haven't tried getting on the bypass from Hershey, coming down the bypass though, it kind of looks like hairpin turns to get off of it? Also didn't notice, did they put any street lighting up at the new intersection(s)? Tom.
