Muscatine

On the way home tonite, I noticed the intersection of Hershey and 61 is open!!  Lotta people are gonna be happy!!

Hey Frazzled, do you mean coming South OFF of the Bypass, or, do you mean, coming down Hershey, going towards the Lutheran Homes?  Either way, Thank God!  Wouldn't it have been so much cheaper, for us taxpayers, IF, they would have done it right, the first time?  Tom.

Tom-Hershey is now open all the way thru, not totally sure about the entrance and exit ramps to get on and off of 61, but I think those are open, too.  And, since the company doing the work gets a massive bonus for getting the work done by the deadline, it sure would have been cheaper if they had done it right the first time.

it is good that it has all been opened, but with still being able to get on the bypass from Hershey I hope they accomplished what they intented to do safety wise, looks to me that it just moved the point of impact.
