I agree.  I wonder how long its going to take for someone to run one of the stop signs at the top of the entrance ramps and get clobbered.

If someone is such a bad driver that they cannot negotiate the new design they should not be driving. 

I haven't tried getting on the bypass from Hershey, coming down the bypass though, it kind of looks like hairpin turns to get off of it?  Also didn't notice, did they put any street lighting up at the new intersection(s)?   Tom.

Tom, it is a 90 degree turn to leave the bypass preceeded by a slowdown lane.

Don't know about any street lighting but miss your point as to why any would be needed.
