Max? I realize I shouldn't take much of this stuff so pointedly. I can imagine that you're possibly still smiling and at least you..... don't take it as seriously or(Not at all) it seems. Too seriously, suggests that you might profess to know much more than you do or should within this brain. I've no need nor anything to gain by pointless attempts to flatter or be flattered with my "meager" teaching experience, but to indicate that where economics are an issue, I'm no slouch. I suppose you are right though, It's always been said that we are never too old to learn, (yup got me there) Also, I hadn't thought of the prospect of your and other's suspicions that, amidst offering not mere opinion or assertions, (BUT.... Irrefuteable FACTS, I quote or reflect only those facts based on congressional record, though at times I paraphrase, NOT LYING) amidst my opinion of history and what I feel might help this country rise again. Should I seemed to have gotten too full of myself, I should have known better and apologize to you or any others offened. That I could be anything other than "me." That then means you are as likely to be one or all three of those very similar who seem to be protagonists. Again it didn't occur since I take folks primarily at their word. Lets Make one thing perfectly clear though, I am not a liar, I am not some twenty year old with a new toy, having any identity other than Beulah Rose Jensen, nor an attorney. If you wish to know exactly how old I am, or where I was born, grew up, was educated, employment history, married, family tree, how bad my varicose veins are, when I got my false teeth, what hand is more arthritic than the other, what brand of prune juice I prefer, where I received my degree, and how often I "present" a good ole "constitutional" (hope not). I will be more than willing to offer. But so should you. Then perhaps we can communicate as adults instead of little brats fighting over a turn at the playground swing. I can take a jabbing now and again, but will not be battered into a fracas of words over anything so silly as "who you are." As my son said, just do a properties search if it's an issue? I'll give you also that it's fair to assume people fib, that they exaggerate, they might even be unstable enough to try and find someone they think is a threat. I won't suggest that you are out in left field there. It just didn't seem important to me to follow folks around and hunt for little weaknesses in memory, diction, spelling, punctuation er challenge authenticity's of other's personal issues. But in politics and our national future I'll delve into it. For example, Phil Gramm is the exact person who battered and RAN DOWN the protections of our banking and securities system wisely held in place for over 70 years. Some seem to think it isn't so. Simple. Look it up. Phil gramm has been rewarded by huge corporations sine 1999 with some millions for his efforts to get these stability's obliterated. My husband isn't a fool, nor am I. Those who, for some unfathomable reason choose to refute or ignore these(VERY PROVED HISTORICAL FACTS) just simply should draw themselves outta of the picture. Phil Gramm was Sen. McCain's campaign organizer, financial advisor and potential secretary of the US treasury under an McCain administration. That is before he went overboard by calling those millions losing homes "Whiners." That's easy, he's loaded and will never suffer what most Americans suffer. No, the ignorant don't win that one. It's a matter of the utmost in character that McCain has put so much faith and trust in at least one man WHO, undoubtedly has had a monstrous hand in the ultimate demise of our monetary infrastructure. We already know the 'Act" and the names of the corporations he worked for since 1999, to plow our protections under. Character? It's the reason Bill "slick Willie" Clinton (not my candidate) was impeached. Though his was for wanting to keep his private life"Private" it had nothing to do with actual corruption. Unlike Gramm and McCain. The Keating scandal was and always will be a nasty mark on his past. His VERY important and financial association with Gramm is a detriment. The information I presented that some dispute or ignore was not my opinion, it IS fact. If they only check, they'd see, and if any are as intelligent as I sense YOU are, they would stop faithfully denying. These crooks are responsible, not most of the poor unsuspecting folks now in the street. That isn't an attempt to be taken too seriously, it's simply telling the truth when some say it isn't. McCain's Chief Adviser Phil Gramm-McCain's General Co Chairman Phil Gramm-Commodity Futures Modernization Act Phil Gramm-Enron-Swiss UBS/Paine Webber Phil Gramm-Government Affairs ,Financial Services Round-table Phil Gramm- Carly Fiorina-Meg Whitman of Ebay Phil Gramm. So those who feel it's our own fault, please stop blaming the 40% of Americans who fell into the trap now homeless also victims of the worst economy since 1930. The other 60% in high finance along with the crooked deregulators who speculated with Multi Million $ condos and resorts and the stock market are our real bane. Add it all together and well everyone should get the picture. If not, well it's hopeless. So there are time Max, that it isn't such a fun place. But I'll try like you, to keep smiling. God Bless

"These crooks are responsible, not most of the poor unsuspecting folks now in the street" I do not believe that to be the truth. You do. I believe that many of those "unsuspecting folks" simply overextended themselves, and now cannot pay off their debts. Your interpretation of your "irrefutable facts" is clouded, as is mine, by our own point of view....or paraphrasing, or reflecting, or whichever descriptive term you choose. |
