You have no idea how wrong you are. Better get out of the vapor trail fog and wake up. To possess illegal drugs, a user has to either buy them, steal them, create them, distribute them, or receive them from another. All separate and illegal acts themselves. If more people are involved, its also a criminal conspiracy. If it is near kids or schools, then child endangerment and drug zone restriction laws comes into play. If it's while driving, then under the influence can come into play possibly. If the possesser crosses a state line for whatever reason, they are open to interstate transportation of illegal drugs.

So, to simply possess illegal drugs, other illegal acts had to happen...and do.

I want to challenge you. I want to see if you can make a post with one good statement about our country. Just once. Let's see if you can do it.

  During my misspent life, I often found myself working on jobs with dopers and burnouts. Most had one thing in common. Lack of concentration. Once, I was ordered to help someone do an inventory. The boss gave te other guy the clipboard and sheets and I was to move stuff so he could get a count. I counted too just as a check. We were way apart. When his count got into the teens he began skipping numbers.

Another burnout was a dispatcher. Until my boss found out he couldn't repeat address numbers in the right order to save his butt.

Another doper couldn't get to work on time two days in a row. And, he always wanted to leave early for one reason or another.

And the guy who was smoking a joint and fell asleep on his sofa. It caught fire, woke him up. Still in a daze, he threw the sofa out his 2nd floor apartment window.

I got more but that should be enough to get my point over.

So if there are a group of friends who like to have high dollar items and can't afford them , I guess in your world it is ok if they go out and rob or steal to get what they want.  After all , they are just friends trying to enjoy life.  I can not believe the way you are thinking about this whole thing. These people who are making the drugs and using them or selling them are most certainly breaking a law and in no way , shape or form should the kids have been there. Yes we live in a free country but that does not mean that everyone is just free to do as they darn well please. This is a perfect example of why we have laws and should be enforced when people are not smart enough themselves to do the right thing. They knew it was illegal and I don't care if they agree with that fact or not, doesn't mean they can do as they please cause they don't agree.

Anyone who thinks that drugs are not a big problem and should not be dealt with severely is really hiding thier head in the sand. Yes we have other problems too but drugs make people do a lot of things tht they normally would not do.

this is my research. you know something that people do to have a good debate. I have read and watched these and more. I do not think that you will spend the time to do as I have done. I spent all last nite and half of today. I had to visit my brother , who is incarcerated on meth charges. so yes I do know the effects of drug abuse. I don't just watch tv and read newspapers for my info. I actually do the research. so read and watch my research and then lets debate. also one who resorts to name calling is the one showing his intelligence. I have never said one bad thing about my great country, just the  people that are running it! you can say what you want but it is the policies of this country that is ruining this country.
