Maybe you should see it from their side! They deal with more rude citizens in a month than you will in a lifetime!

No need to read what you wrote again. Obviously, unlike you, I have excellent comprehension. There is no question mark after the "positive reflection" sentence. It is a period.

As for your one little question mark...you had to make an assessment of the info you had before you to pose that question. I merely alluded to your obviously-wrong assessment that posed your question. Keep up, will, ya?

Enough crime?...duh...I explained to you how "enough crime" and "more crime" works to drive the numbers certain ways. All it takes is one drug offense and you can have many multiples of arrests for all involved.

As is more and more obvious by your multiple, irresponsible, and uninformed threads here, you are never gonna understand.  I'll leave you with your fog now.

Good lord you still flapping your gums in an attempt to show everyone just how smart you are bigbrother?   I figured with the implementation of this new format you'd turn a new leaf but alas, you prove once more that God loves and forgives fools and idiots.

I wish I knew what school books you learned from 'cause I'd like to pick up those same books so I could come across as a belligerent know-it-all.  You're right on a couple of your points but you lack true understanding and knowledge of the DEA and various County Drug Task Forces.  At any time when an undercover operation is conducted ending in a prosecution the task force officers involved in the operation are called forth by the prosecution for testimony.  You will agree that under the laws of our Great Nation that a person has the right to face his accuser will you not?  This is one reason why you will find so many different officers working in different jurisdictions as a way to protect their anonimity.  Also, many County Task Force operations are conducted within the parameters and jurisdictional advisement of the regional DEA agent in charge.  Funding for County Task Forces come not from the monies that are seized and obtained by the County Task Force but rather, come through appropriated budgets of the DEA of which, the funding is, by and large, monies seized in drug raids where a conviction has already taken place and is no longer required as evidence.  These monies are put into a budgetary general fund.  State and local task forces may then apply for budgetary assignments dependent upon a case by case basis and the needs of the County Task Force.

As to the topic of police officers they are much misaligned.  When you need one you can't find one.  No one likes getting pulled over but face it folks they're only doing their job.  By making this next statement I don't know if I'm contradicting bigbrother.  Police officers are civil servants.  Taxpayers pay their salaries which are established by elected politicians.  Police officer's duties are first and foremost, to protect the property and the citizenry of the community.  I can tell you there isn't one police department in our Great Nation that doesn't have at least one jerk-off cop on their payroll.   Does that make all police officer's bad?  No it doesn't.  But running into that one jerk-off leaves a bad feeling and further disrespect for the law.

I don't believe we should go up and hug our police officers (although I think it would be funny if we did so while saying "I love you man").  Law enforcement is a thankless job and we should be grateful that we have people willing to take on those duties.  However, it is up to the citizens to report abuses when they are witnessed in order to quell the attitudes of some these strutting peacocks with shields on their breasts.
