I find myself in agreement with JOS but I have to say his last comment is a little naive. Those who don't believe Bush and Cheney have a stranglehold on this Congress/Senate are gravely mistaken. If Bush were to suspend all elections as mobaydave has speculated; what is to keep Bush from turning into a Musharraf? The real behind the scene issue during this election the media isn't talking about is the appointment of upwards to at least 2-3 new Supreme Court justices within the next 4 years. You're right JOS we don't live in Pakistan but we certainly aren't living a free America any longer either.
