so now

bush has to take the blame for all the ones that voted yes to invading Iraq. that's why I'm a independent voter. and will never be party affiliated. Democrats never take the blame for anything they do. its always somebody else's fault. i cant believe you only blame bush and nobody else. the blame gos way back on Iraq. bush just got stuck being the one that had to take care of it. and i have never said he made all the right choices about Iraq. but its a lot easier now to say you have all the right answers.

I have always said, and will always say, we must hold everyone who choose not to do their job accountable. That crosses every political line. Please don't confuse me with others.......

are you familiar with the term Peak Oil?

you are aware that China and India are paving roadways and becoming more and more dependent upon oil when in past generations most travel was made on a bicycle or moped?

you are aware that Halliburton along with Brown & Root are involved in gas exploration in the Caspian sea area near the Afghanistan border and that Halliburton has contracted to build an oil pipeline through Afghanistan to off load the end product onto tankers who'll set sail for American refineries?

Do you find it surprising that while everyone in Washington, on Wall Street and in our military who said the invasion of Iraq wasn't about oil, but somehow is tied to oil derivatives which the Iraqi people have still not received the benefit from in order to rebuild their country?

I know you're an independent and I'm trusting you're also an independent free thinker who can see past the smoke and mirrors our government is asking us to gaze through and come to your own conclusions.

I don't blame Bush anymore than I blame the Democrats. We've established our oil soaked lifestyle and now it is being threatened by two former third world countries. Our government cannot afford to lose it's oil interests in the Middle East to other foreign nations. That's why I mentioned Peak Oil at the beginning.
