I just moved into the neighborhood and was wondering about this little pond.  Can anyone fish there? And what kinds of fish are stocked in it? I appreciate any info you can give me.

Be very careful i have seen great white sharks and killer whales in there and the loch ness monster has also been known to drop by, and maybe a catfish or two.

There used to be signs posted that said it was stocked with fish from the Trinity River and that it was a catch and release pond. Not sure how often that HOA stocks the pond.

My husband and I fish there every chance we get.  Very peaceful.

Have caught many perch, crappie, and small bass, and several very nice catfish.
