I'd like to start a discussion that focuses on holding the developer accountable on issues similar to these:

Proper allocation of funds throughout the neighborhood

Triming back on costs and maintenance items

Opening of the Club House for Neighborhood use at no cost

Holding Greenscapes accountable to doing maintenance throughout the subdivision and not just at the entrance and at the club house (showplaces for the developer)

Holding the developer accountable for maintaining builder/developer owned lots

Removing costs from the budget that are the Developer's advertising costs like over management of the entry and clubhouse and redestirbuting those funds for the good of the entire subdivision

Evalutaing the conflict of interest of doing business with a landscaper that lives in the subdivision and ensuring costs and services are for the whole neighborhood and not just for the developer

Holding the developer accountable to the sales promises made in order to sell houses and lots: like fitness equipment in the club house and general access to the club house...why are we paying a fee on top of our annual fee to actually get to go into the club house?

Improving developer/builder service to those neighbors affected by building next door

Keeping builder mess out of the streets...they used to come through and clean...

In short we shouldn't be footing the bill for the developer's costs for selling lots and houses...unless he would like to cut us in on the a percentage of the sales

Alan,

Can you please post the e-mail again that people can use when they have concern's like these?

Ken,

When you send your concern's in to the e-mail, please be sure to copy the rest of us neighbors so anyone who has similar concerns can join in on the conversation between you and the developers.
