Little Spring Farm Neighborhood

 Why would you criticize someone for complaining, suggest that we talk with our neighbors and in the same sentence turn around and tell them to shut up in your words? Let's just face it, we are not complaining about a few weeds in someones front yard, the bottom line is we are all complaining about the undeveloped lots more or less. I will state like I have several times before that we have "Deed Restrictions" for a reason. No one wants to live in a run down neighborhood. Speaking from much experience and working for a law firm which represents many prestigious neighborhood associations I can tell you that Trish and the Hunter Management team do a great job. They can only fix the problem when they are made aware of it. I have also noticed that most of the individuals complaining about the neighborhood restrictions are more than likely ones in which received notices for several reasons. The bottom line is if you do not like the restrictions then move. I can assure you that if you were living in any other upscale neighborhood they would of already turned you over to the law office which handles the association and we do file Liens, yes they are real and the association has the right to file them, I must tell you that they get rather costly in the long run. Lets just all work together and make our neighborhood a nice place to live in. I moved into this neighborhood for the peaceful family oriented environment and I would like to keep it that way as well as many of you would. I like your writing style but it's so assertive, I'm not sure when your being light hearted and when you are voicing yourself aggressively.

You are right, unfortunantly most of the issues you and Ken have brought up have been beat like UK will be next year by U of L!!!  (just kidding . . . to all of you UK fans).  If you call my cell 439-3030 I can give you a brief summary so you don't have to spend hours reading back over the narratives.

We do need to sit down face to face with the developers.  Unfortunantly the people who have worked delegently to make this happen are getting discouraged with all the negativity they are getting and we are in danger of loosing their volunteer labor . . . along with the ground that has been made.

C'mon folks.  Let's pull together here and put our efforts where they will be most effective.  Our current leadership has a meeting upcoming where they intend to present all the concerns that have been raised todate.  Let's see what kind of success they have and then regroup on where our best efforts might be placed.
