The Liberain Cultural Association. Inc, (LCA) is a nonprofit, community based youth development organization located in Staten Island, New York that seeks to expand it's comprehensive after-school program of education and performing arts training using the arts as one form of incentive. Money for expansion would make it possible for us to increase student involvement in more arts-in-education programs, service-learning projects, enhance pregnancy-prevention initiatives; develop and utilize more formal educational enhancemnt cirricular; increase use of project-based and interdisciplinary learning, improve quality of homework help, improve exposure to arts and crafts activities and provide extra staff development and supervision to young workers.

traffic count
I am in favor or the blinking red light in the Ardsly/fort hill intersection. Does anyone know what traffic counts prompted this--need some information to challenge a new tax assessment. Thanks....
