Welcome to Legend HIlls, a custom build home community at the foot of Mingus Mountain, We are located in a portion of Yavapai County Arizona, next to Prescott Valley and the city of Prescott, Arizona.
The subdivision is made up of just over 400 acres, with minimum lot sizes of 2 acres, all owners are members of the Legend Hills Community Association.
