Joe Owner Blows The Whistle on TMMC

Here's a twist at Highline Meadows. This may be just as corrupt as TMMC and the Board not doing anything around here ...now they are doing everything except the roofs but claim we still have no money.

How is it possible we go through almost a million dollars for the last two years and 650K and years before that with no major improvements and now all of a sudden they are doing:

1) Painting the Garages and fix worst up.
2) Rebuilding several porches
3) Patching pot holes in Parking Lots
4) Rebuilt Dumpster Enclosures

How all of a sudden TMMC and Denise has money for all this is just as damaging and corrupt as them doing nothing for the last ten years. I thought we had no money ...know we seem to have plenty as we are also hiring 3rd party specialist for;

1) Lift Station Experts
2) Landscaper Experts
3) Electrical Experts
4) Lighting expert
5) Flooring expert
6) Plumbing expert
7) Pool Experts
8) Exterminator Experts
9) Management Experts
10) Fleet of Lawyer Experts

So Now we can also pay Rory and Bill 120K a year to sit under the coconut tree and laugh as all the rest of our money is wiped out with no ROOF REPLACEMENTS>>>>>

I Wish the wheels of justice would stop these people from this abuse of power and money and pull TMMC out of here so we can go into emergency mode and replace the roofs instead of running a gigantic business.




There are several cases in A county District court: Here is one: J & S Investments 07-CV 2392

The Board of Directors has spend thousands of dollars on this case and may only recover a percentage of these monies. They have now a different lawyer as the case will go on year two in the Arapahoe County District court system. The monies come from the paying homeowners as we are 350K in accounts receivable.

(Minutes April 2009) Why are TMMC and the Board not foreclosing on these folks?

Why have they cost this community Thousands of Dollars in a court case to recover a small percentage of monies????

The Board discussed the recommendations by the attorney to write-off

uncollectible debt for the following units 230H0204, 386, 190H0301, 309HC305, 459, 419,

413, 367, 230HC306. After discussion, a motion was made by Alan to write-off the

uncollectible debt as per the attorney's recommendation, 2nd, all in favor, motion carried.

The Board of Directors at Highline Meadows must only be interested in "SPITE" in the ongoing court case of J&S Investments not paying there dues. According to one insider,  the Board and TMMC have spent over 190K fighting this case in Arapahoe County courts now for two years and it still is not over.

They have switched lawyers in this case as it drains all our monies and we are left with nothing.

The Board of Directors and TMMC seem to just write off anything anymore and call it good. These people did not have to pay unlike the case of J&S Investments.
