Our goal in this web site is to help the members of our community stay in touch with issues that are important in our neighborhoods. We are proud of our small community and we want non-residents to enjoy their visit and to get to know us a bit.

Profile
Homestead in the Willows is a friendly, well-planned, and complete community. It combines top-quality houses, open spaces, and convenient access to South Metro Denver employment and world-class shopping and entertainment. It is a family oriented subdivision over over 1000 single-family homes located in a square mile bounded by Arapahoe Road, Quebec Street, Dry Creek, and Holly Street. Homestead in the Willows is located in unincorporated Arapahoe County in the Cherry Creek School District which is nationally recognized for education excellence. Homestead Elementary School is within easy walking distance for most residents. After elementary school, children attend West Middle School for grades 6-8 and Cherry Creek High School for grades 9-12. The neighborhood has three outdoor swimming pools (with a competitive swim team), eight outdoor tennis courts, numerous greenbelts, and a strong homeowners association that enforces covenants and restrictions while maintaining an atmosphere of cooperation and communication. The association publishes a monthly newsletter - "The Homestead Herald" and maintains this web page to help residents keep informed and in touch with the community.
