*The Board of Directors is Ignoring the Real Issues-Asbestos

FACTS:

Highlline Meadows ceiling Popcorn spray on insulation has been found to have 7 to 15% Asbestos, in Fact the Drywall tape has at least 1% Asbestos which means there should be no Drywall repairs without  "PROPER ABATEMENT PROCEDURES"!!!!!

WE can no longer "RIP and SKIP" because the "health and safety" of this community is at RISK!

FACTS:

_{On January 29th 2008 at around 3:00 PM TMMC AUTHORIZED, DIRECTED, KNEW, HAD A WORK ORDER ABOUT HIGHLINE MEADOWS MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL ENTERING 130 EAST HIGHLINE CIRCLE #304 AND REMOVING CEILING MATTER IN NON COMPLIANCEWITH STATE APPROVED PROCEDURES FOR REMOVAL OF Asbestos ACCORDING TO CPSCDocument #453. MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL REMOVED AND DRAGGED THIS CEILING ASBESTOS MATERIAL OUT THE FRONT DOOR OF THIS UNIT AND ILLEGALLY DUMPEDIT INTO THE TRASH BIN. THE TMMC DIRECTED PERSONNEL DID NOT HAVE}

The Board of Directors ignoring the real issues is not reasonable and does not make common sense.

The fact that  they are in denial is proof enough that improper Asbestos removal is occurring.. has occurred.. and will continue to occur until someone says that's enough..

They need to Start to handle it ...correctly, start to protect our people by accountability in there actions.

The Maintenance people need training in the proper handling of Asbestos materials so that the good citizens are not exposed to any health risks

The maintenance personnel have been caught in the act of removing big ripped Asbestos ceiling materials from a HUD Home... dragged the ceiling material out the front door and into the common hall...  then along the carpet down three flights of steps .. out a door then dragged them into the dumpster would you then believe it?

At what point are the people of  this community getting any benefit to the improper actions of the untrained Maintenance personnel?

At what point is all our Heath at risk?
