I have a duplex in Potter Highlands with an old steel garage on the alley. I would like to replace with a new garage. Does anyone know the historical district requirements(garage would not be on street)?

I belive you can get information about your garage by calling the Denver Planning Office and ask for Everett Shigeta. He is the staff specialist for historic districts and landmark bldgs.
