What is HUNI?

Highland United Neighbors, Inc. is a partnership of homeowners, tenants, business owners and all residents of the Highland neighborhood. An all volunteer service organization, HUNI’s mission is to promote unity and pride as a means of achieving permanent revitalization, while enhancing the cultural ethnic, religious and economic diversity of this unique and historic neighborhood. Our
activities include publishing and distributing a newsletter to all residents 6 times / year, working with city inspectors to identify code violations, reviewing applications for zoning changes and physical improvements and Neighborhood Watch.
