Hearthstone Manor Homeowners Association

09/05/2011- Around 8:00pm Friday, Mary Ellen was packing for a trip to Buffalo, NY, when she noticed water dripping from the ceiling of our bedroom. I put a big pot under the leak and called our Board member who is the homeowners' contact with the management company. Alas, I was greeted by an answering machine so I left my name,  number and the rest of the story. Later that night an online request for maintenance was made to Gasser Properties. I did all that I could do and started waiting.

The clock is now ticking.

09/06/2011- 9:16am. Mary Ellen called to say that she'd arrived in Buffalo safely and then asked if anybody had come to fix the roof.I said no. She called again at 8:09pm and , first thing, wanted to know if somebody had come to fix the roof. I said no but that I'd try again. Called Bob D. who said that he'd called the roof fixers and they'd be at our place in a day or two. Let's home that we don't have a torrential downpour and my bedroom will be flooded.

09/07/2011- Sometime this afternoon Dave Graber of Home Help came to fix the hole in the roof as Bob promised. Boy am I happy!!!!! If anybody in Hearthstone Manor  needs handyman work done, give Dave a hollar!!!
