Welcome to The Human Rights Activist Project website!
Human Rights Activist Project is an youth program of Global Kids, which is an non-profit organization working to educate young people about issues in the society through fun workshops and activities. The mission statement of The Human Rights Activist Project is to help undocumented students gain access to higher education by educating people (immigrant and non-immigrant communities, high school students, and legislators) in New York City to know about the challenges in getting a higher education for undocumented youth. Our main targeted community to be educated about the issue is Queen's immigrants' high school students and their families.
