Where is the Rite Aid at Broad and Hague? Can any business that promises to "improve" the area come in and tear out businesses and houses and leave a vacant lot? Apparantly so. When or if we do get a new (cookie cutter) Rite Aid - will there be any green space left?

Now that the lot is clear, wouldn't this be a good spot for a park... commemorating the library that once stood on the site? I guess the real question is, what are the developers looking at now? |
