Fence at recreation center

Who is responsible for fixing the fence at the recreation center ??  I am SO TIRED of looking at it when I ride by. 

If that was my fence, I am sure I would have gotten a complaint or two to get it fixed. 

The maintenance assoc. is responsible for the upkeep of common areas.

Someone from the neighborhood was kind enough to volunteer there time to put a new fence up for us ???????????     and I wanted to say Thank you for that there are board members who work and have very little time to do small tasks such as this one that must be done. we no longer have a maintenance member so thanks for the help! please come forward and volunteer your time we need a new maintenance board member the position is up in November come to the October 14Th meeting and fill the position its is greatly needed.
