Franklinton

I already live in Franklinton, but I would like to purchase a home or property in East Franklinton (East of 315).  Does anyone know of any homes or property for sale in this area?  I see a lot of vacant homes and vacant land but I don't see many people selling.  Any tips and insight would be welcomed....

A good start would be to google MLS to see what might be available in that area. It might get frustrating trying to find a link that will let you browse without going through an agent, but those links are there.

My only question to you is your motive. The Bottoms does not need another slumlord!!

I mean no disrespect to you, but I am concerned about what is happening to the neighborhood I fell in love with.
