This neighborhood is so nice to be able to walk around and enjoy the scenery... however for the second time my dog has been attacked by someone's dogs who are not fenced/on a leash and the owner was no where to be found. (not that I went knocking- i was running from the dogs) The dogs just ran out of a garage and blindsided me. I would never walk my dog without a leash, much less just leave them to run around. Are there not any laws/rules about this? Am I the only one who has a problem with loose dogs? I know I see people walking around all the time with their dogs and I don't think we should have to avoid a street because someone doesn't want to be a responsible pet owner.
