Freedom From Unnecessary Negatives (F.F.U.N.)

F.F.U.N. seeks to provide a community-based and holistic alternative to the economic, civic, and social lifestyles of urban youth. Our solution includes prevention, intervention, and re-entry programs.

Our mission is to offer youth and young adults (ages 10-24) holistic alternative solutions regarding their social (i.e. drugs, alcohol, low self-esteem, crime, gangs, and lack of education) and economic (basic daily survival) issues. Increasing awareness, prevention, intervention, empowerment, and re-entry into society will bring about a radical change in our youth and young adults. Freedom from Unnecessary Negatives endeavors to develop positive attitudes, modify behavior, and change lifestyles through community rallies, workshops, seminars, mentoring, and counseling services resulting in productive members of society.
