The purpose of the Elders Pond Homeowners Association is to provide for the members of the Association a vehicle for rendering community services, maintaining an aesthetically pleasing neighborhood, and administering enforcement of certain rules and regulations to preserve and enhance the values of the properties of Elders Pond homeowners.
