Welcome to District Three South Ward in Newark, New Jersey where we are building a community block by block.
District 3 South Ward is comprised of following blocks and parks; Elizabeth Ave. Milford Ave, Hillside Ave, Johnson Ave, Irvine Turner Blvd, Ridgewood Ave, Badger Ave, Jeliff Ave, West Alpine Street, West Bigew Street, West Runyon Street, West Peddie Street, Clinton Ave, Hawthorne Ave, Schleiffer Park and Terrell James Park.
We have in our area two public schools, Malcolm X Shabazz HS located at 80 Johnson Ave and Belmont Runyon School located 1 Belmont -Runyon Way .

Come join us July 15, 2010 to build our community playground to be located at 189-193 West Bigelow Street and Ridgewood Avenue. Upcoming events, Reunion Block Party, Grand Opening of Playground, Back To School Block Party, End Summer Clean up and , Halloween Celebration.
