Welcome to your Neighborhood Cypress Springs

Cypress Springs is a community of over 1,400 homes. We have two entrances, one is located on Dean Road between Curry Ford and Lake Underhill on the East side of Dean road. The second entrance is located off of Curry Ford between Dean and Alafaya Blvd. There are two sections of Cypress Springs I and II each with our own pools. Cypress Springs I also has Tennis Courts. We enjoy having Cypress Springs Elementary right here inside our community which was been fully renovated and is a FIVE Star school.
