Cottage Grove Heights, Northern Tip of Pullman
COTTAGE GROVE HEIGHTS is located at the northern tip of Pullman and is surrounded by businesses, churches, schools, and industries. Schmid Elementary School sits in the center of the community. Cottage Grove Heights is a part of the Burnside/Calumet Industrial TIF. It is bounded by railroad tracks. North--tracks north of 95th Street; South--tracks on the north side of 100th Street; West--tracks west of Cottage Grove Avenue, and East--tracks east of Avalon Avenue.
