Clubhouse Estates Homeowners Association, Inc. was incorporated in the State of Florida on March 12, 1981. Clubhouse Estates consists of six units, each with a separate set of Deed Restrictions.
The Association is non-mandatory; however, the dues are only $10.00 per year. By joining, you are saying "I believe in making my neighborhood a better place to live."
Our homes were Rutenberg designs built by U. S. Home in the late 1970's and early 80's. We are the first planned community in North Pinellas County.

Clubhouse Estates is a quiet oasis in the midst of all the hustle and bustle of U. S. 19, McMullen Booth Road, S. R. 580 and Curlew Road. We have excellent schools, hospitals, libraries, recreation facilities, golf courses, restaurants, a mall, a country club, centers for performing arts, and just about any retail store imaginable, all within 5 miles! Ours is a diverse neighborhood—our residents range from singles to young families to empty nesters to retired seniors.
