This organization is entirely voluntary. There is a monthly newsletter, it is distriuted by the Block Captains, hopefully the 2nd weekend following the meeting. This newsletter will list any incidents that have happened the previoius month, any upcoming neighborhood activities, and a list of the Chapelwood Neighborhood Watch Block Captains, and Director, complete with area of responsibility and phone numbers.
