- MEMBERS OF DCD/DPW/BOZA/DNS HELD ACCOUNTABLE - lack of services, arrogance, cronyism, “cooking-the-policies”, misuse of power, CLOSING DOWN BUSINESSES through unethical means

FAMILY-SUPPORTING EMPLOYMENT for HEADS OF HOUSEHOLD in the Inner City is the No. 2 and 3 concern. It is right behind SAFETY.
