National Health Care - On June 28, 2012, a 5-4 decision by the SCOTUS/.Supreme Court of the United States upheld the National Health Care Law, or or the Expanded and Improved Medicare for All Act (H.R. 676), is a bill introduced in the United States House of Representatives by Representative John Conyers (D-MI).
