About your Association

This is what was written by one of the original homeowners, that, to this day, still lives here.

The property was purchased from the Estate of Henrietta Humphrey, approximately 18 acres. The original developer (for approximately 3 years) was Bright Properties. The development began in 1987
with Bradford Grove being one of the first zoned zero lot lines in the city.

• The first phase & clubhouse opened in 1988. Phase One consisted of White Post Way to the clubhouse, Bradford Grove Lane to Jennifer Place, & Angela Way.

• Second Phase consisted of both sides of Eric Edward Way, Nicole Court, and Andrew.

• Third Phase consisted of remainder of White Post Way from the clubhouse, Adam Steven, Bradford Grove Lane to Estate Section.

• Fourth Phase consisted of Estate Section and any remainder lots throughout.

Galet Developers (Countryside) purchased Bradford Grove in 1990 from Bright Properties. Galet finished Phase 4.

Original developer (Bright) required no two homes to look exactly alike. They also required each builder to provide extra landscaping which needed to be submitted & approved by Bright Properties.

End of Summer Pool Party 2007

End of Summer Pool Party was held on Sunday, August 19th. Over twenty children attended. They had a great time participating in the pool volleyball, "biggest splash", "treasure dive" and "dog race" competitions, winning lots of prizes. Many thanks to all the people who helped make the party a success!
