What is the Win-Win Agreement?

While the City of Westerville is home to approximately 35,000 residents, the school district’s boundaries include a total of eight political jurisdictions and approximately 85,000 residents. The school district serves students from Westerville, Minerva Park, Blendon Township, Genoa Township, portions of Columbus and other nearby rural areas. Though the district is situated in northern Franklin County, it also serves parts of southern Delaware County.
