The Barb's Farm community built by Zeccola Builders is located 1/4 mile north of the C&-D canal just off Route 13. You can find us near the small town of St. George's and two miles west of Delaware City.
There are 86 semi-custom single family homes with lots ranging from 3/4 to 2 acres in size. The 86 homes of Barb’s Farm community consists of 8 different models with variable floor plans customized from Zeccola’s basic floor plan for the model. Barb’s Farm homes range in size from 2400 to 3200 square feet. The 8 different models of homes found in Barb’s Farm community are: The Ashton, The Franklin, The Hampton, The Squire, The Sussex, The Verona, The Rodney and The Webster.
Zeccola Builders began the 1st phase of construction of Barb’s Farms beautiful single family homes in 2000 and ended with the 4th phase and last settlement in the summer of 2003.
Each lot has spacious front and rear yards, and a community space complete with a children's playground. Barb's Farms location affords easy access to major interstate highways, large shopping centers, schools, restaurants, movie theaters and entertainment.
