Welcome

Click on ''Newsletter'' to find out about our May 28th Dinner Dance.

We are pleased to announce that our town will host its 3rd Annual Relay For Life in Braintree on June 11th and 12th at Braintree High School.

Come join us ''Somewhere Over the Rainbow'' as we ''Follow the Yellow Brick Road to a Cure''.

Relay For Life is an overnight event where teams of 8 – 15 people take turns walking or running a track to raise money for cancer research, advocacy, education and patient services.

Teams are made up of family, friends, neighbors, co-workers, clubs and civic organizations.

We welcome you to join the more than 25 teams already committed to this fun and meaningful event.

Once there, you and your team will enjoy entertainment and celebration. Each team will have a site where they can set up camp with tents and lawn chairs, decorated with a team theme. There will be a DJ to keep things lively and fun as well as activities for everyone - young and old.

At Relay For Life in 2003 there was everything from face painting and game competitions to Massages and a Morning Stretch - and again this year, there will be something for everyone.

We welcome you to bring your grill but don't bother lighting it up at midnight. Dinner will be on us at the Midnight Pizza Party followed by lots of games for everyone

Our Entertainment Committee is busy planning some exciting events similar to last year - Relay Bingo and perhaps another 'Beauty Contest'!! Everyone remembers Mizz Relay!

We encourage teams to invite friends and loved ones to stop by for a visit and enjoy our ceremonies beginning at 6pm on Friday with our Celebration of Survivorship and again at 9pm for our Luminaria Ceremony.
