SAFETY CONCERNS
Speeding cars continue to be a serious safety issue in our community. The speed limit in The Woodlands is a 30mph maximum and is posted on the speed limit sign on Woodlands Avenue.

Due to the seriousness of these continued violations, Metro police officers will be contracted unannounced in 2003 to monitor traffic in the neighborhood and issue citations to all offenders.

If you notice a speeding violation, please write down the license number and description of the offender and report it to the Metro Police Department.

Please help by driving safely and reporting violations. With everyone?’s cooperation, we can make The Woodlands a safer place!

WOODLANDS DIRECTORY
The annual Woodlands Directory will be distributed in December. Our goal is to provide a helpful, comprehensive guide for all our residents. The directory includes a map of The Woodlands, residents by last name and by street address, individual resident profiles, neighborhood services available, and Homeowners?’ Association membership information. A summary of CC&Rs and a Complaint Form have been included.

Individual profiles and community resources were compiled from responses to a questionnaire sent to all residents. If you did not receive a questionnaire, please contact Joy Goldsberry at 277-0307so you will be included next year!

If you have any suggestions or comments regarding what you would like to see in next year?’s directory, please contact a member of the Board.

This directory will be provided only to residents of The Woodlands.

PET SAFETY
Remember to keep your pets safely fenced or leashed. Metro Davidson County has a strong leash law that requires all dogs be controlled at all times. Any dogs running loose may be impounded by Metro under that law.

Please be considerate of your neighbors and pick up after your pet. Clean yards and common areas will help keep our children safe when playing and make a better environment for all of us.
