   1. Approve minutes for the 3.8.2026 and 7.28.2026 Board Meetings - Jeff
   2. Review and approve cost report for the cul-de-sac islands landscape project - Bill, Min

   Min and Bill are meeting at 9 am on 3.28 to consolidate their cost reports and will share their final report with the Board for approval if it can be ready before the Board meeting.

   3. WH5 CCR and Policies review and update. Next steps?  - Liz

   Liz’s AI summary is attached. Please review and be prepared to discuss but not necessarily to vote approval on specific revisions yet.

   4. Common Area Maintenance - Bill

   Current list ($1776) includes:

1. Remove cottonwood stump $576 - Flatiron stump removal quote
2. Repair lawn after stump removal $200 - guesstimate
3. Grind heaved sidewalk edges $500 - guesstimate
4. Add gravel/stone under spruce tree closest to Newport Circle $200 - guesstimate
5. Add large stone to south curb edge of each island to keep trucks, trailers driving on it $300 - guesstimate

Disaster Preparedness Basics Workshop

Monika Weber with City of Boulder Disaster Management will be in our neighborhood at 3885 Newport Lane for 90 minute workshop to increase your personal preparedness! During this session you'll learn about Boulder County's hazards, emergency alerts, personal risk assessment, and start building own disaster preparedness plan.
