Winterset Community Association

We are a community of 92 custom built homes located in eastern Waynedale, on the banks of the Saint Mary's River.  We are in a very quiet low crime area where neighbors watch out for one another.  Many of the original owners still live here, but younger families with children are moving in.  Our location on Winchester Road is convenient to down town and area arteries, while we have no through traffic from them.  Homes are well maintained and have held their value quite well.  The board of our homeowners association meets quarterly, and there is an annual catered meeting of association members each November.  We also coordinate garage sales in the spring and fall with nearby Lake Shores association.
