You  know a person could be looking for an address , an saw you and just left because maybe they knew you would the police, just because of there color,maybe they were white taned,don't be so quick to judge color when you really don't know,that what's wrong with memphis today,people like you.

I disagree with the previous post; what's wrong with Memphis today is crime and making excuses for those who commit crimes.  There's nothing wrong with reporting suspicious activity and including a physical description -- such as the color of the truck...red).  By the way, if they had legitimate reasons to be looking for an address why just leave before their business was finished?
