What can be done about the state of the fences on Dorado? This is the first thing that prospective buyers see when they enter our neighborhood. I know that neighborhoods with mandatory association dues can spread the cost out over all the homeowners and repair the fences. That way they are all uniform and present a better visual to drivers and prospective buyers. Is there not some way to work a deal with a fence company to replace all these fences at once and spread the cost over all the homeowners with the owners of the backing properties carrying a heavier burden but others chipping in for the ''good of the community?'' Let me hear from you.
