Today a property owner who rents his residence is placing bulk trash on the curb on When asked if he has scheduled pick up he replies yes for tomorrow....but pick up is not until Monday. I telephoned to verify he lied, which he did, and that pick up is not available until August 4th. I'm also told it could take 2-10 days for code enforcement to come check to see there is a violation, then another few weeks BEFORE the owner could be fined if it is not cleaned up. This is TOTALLY unacceptable that absentee landlords can be permitted to junk up the area......this use to be a beautiful place to live.
