I am a new neighbor -- purchased 11557 Sabo unit about three months ago - still being updated.  Would like to know if there is a specific website for Sagemont HOA that will tell me dues, if any and list of aminities available on site and in the neighborhood and also any telephone # I can call and talk to about any dues, events neighborhood care.

Is anyone ever going to reply my e-ms?  There is no communication and no telephone contact -- not a good reflection on a new comer to the community.

Good Afternoon:

My husband and I moved bot and moved in a month ago, we have not received any form of information in regards to the HOA, the only thing we have received is a code enforcement from the city letting us know that our trash can can not be in site of the road.  I would love information about this community.
