I moved in August 2011 but never received any kind of welcome packet, and it sure would have come in handy to know about property dues and deed restrictions. I know we do not have an actual HOA, which I am happy about. It would be nice to have a map of the area, plus any interesting facts about the area. 

We purchased our home on Pebble Rock Dr several months ago (Feb 2013. But we haven't received any feedback at all regarding the association. My husband has emailed requesting "how to", like how do we get our pool key, but unfortunately no response.

A welcome to the neighborhood letter would be nice along with contact information and FAQs.
