It might be nice to check out that old movie stuff at the library on the 10th about Mayor McCoy, but I think the film festival is all new stuff

The walk for Quality Hill tour was rescheduled for Sept 5th at 1pm leaving from the visitors center at 175 Main St@Roosevelt Avenue, so you might try that for some peeking into history too.
