About our association

About Our Association

"The purpose of this association shall be to promote the welfare of the community it seeks to represent. This shall include appropriate activities aimed at preserving the quality of life necessary for its residents, churches, and businesses to prosper."

We are a democratic organization, holding open, public regular monthly meetings, the 2nd Wednesday of each month, at the Virginia Village Library Branch (Florida and Dahlia)at 6:30 p.m. Our regular meetings generally have a short business meeting, followed by a speaker on a topic of interest.

Officers are elected at our Annual meeting, the 2nd Wednesday of November each year.

If you live within our boundaries or own a business, you are automatically a member. We invite new faces to all of our meetings and events, and we invite your ideas and participation!

One way to participate is to attend meetings. Another way is to subscribe to our monthly newsletter ($7.50/year per household, or $25 for a business, email only $3.00, listed in the monthly newsletter. E-mail us, or pick up a copy of our newsletter at the Virginia Village Branch Library.
