402 Leafy Hollow Ct. New residence have a supped up mustang that EXCEEDS NOISE LEVEL as he races through neighborhood but the biggest problem is he is turning his back yard into a dirt bile track! For hours one to two bills have been racing around and around and around. This is residential zoned R4 and not agriculture or rural! Police said the bile hasn't quite reached the 65 decimal when he was there but he doesn't have to listen to that NOISE FOR HOURS! And it's only going to get worse with summer coming! Lived here for over 30 years and can't even go outside!!! This has to stop!!! We also ASKED THEM and they won't! This is an ordnance violation!
